Boulders, rock and natural elements are never cleared away. They are kept and worked into the architecture, fusing each home with the land rather than sitting on top of it.

DESIGN
Architecture that steps back for the view.
Each villa is conceived as a frame for the horizon — low volumes that follow the fall of the ridge and open entirely to the Gulf through full-height glass.
Cantilevered terraces and an infinity edge dissolve the line between floor, pool and sea, so the architecture recedes and the panorama becomes the room.
Raw materials, quiet light.
Inside, a restrained palette of natural stone, warm timber and lime-washed walls keeps the eye on the landscape beyond.
Deep overhangs soften the light through the day; rooms flow out to the terraces without a threshold.
